MARQTIANS Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at MARQTIANS. If you need to return an item, please see the terms and conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Return Period: We accept returns of items within 14 days of receipt.

• Product Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact. Returns of items with signs of use will not be accepted.

• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Important Note : Items purchased in a physical store must be returned directly to the store where they were purchased; they cannot be processed through our website. Be sure to bring your proof of purchase when returning items to the store.

Return Procedure

1. Start a Return Request: Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. We'll include your order number, full name, and the exchange you'd like to make. ( marqtians@gmail.com )

2. Product Packaging: Make sure to package the item securely in its original packaging and include any documentation you received.

3. Return Shipping

• Exchanges within the Iberian Peninsula are completely free. Returns cost €4.

• For out-of-state or international returns, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund: Once the products are received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Changes

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your request. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
